Video: Cordeaux presented with time capsule after school competition victory

Waiting for Video...

Students at Cordeaux Academy in Louth have been presented with their own time capsule to mark their victory in a schools aviation competition.

Aviation Heritage Lincolnshire opened their Time Capsule 2012 contest to some 24 schools across the area.

The Cordeaux entry, which was the overall winner, saw a number of different contributions from students.

One made a model of a dam, which in particular wowed the judges.

Cordeaux were praised for how professional their entries were, with expert layout and research.

Dave Harrigan, outreach and learning officer for AHL, revealed that the organisation were even considering using some of Cordeaux’s entry in their promotions next year.

On Wednesday he visited the school to present the time capsule, which is to be buried at the school containing their entries in this year’s competition.

Watch the video to see some of the presentation.
