VIDEO: Could Louth Cattle Market car park become pay and display?

Waiting for Video...

Proposed changes to car parking in Louth and across the district have been looked at by East Lindsey District Councillors.

A report says charges could be introduced to a number of free car parks, including the Cattle Market which is used by workers, shoppers and parents dropping their children off to school.

A final decision is now to be made by the council.

What do you think? Should free car parks be made pay and display?
