ROSEMARY Lane in Louth town centre is rapidly taking on the nickname of ‘dog dirt alley.’
Someone is letting their dog foul along on the narrow path, making it unpleasant for people to walk by.
Coun Margaret Ottaway gave up her time on Tuesday to clear up the mess and left a message in chalk saying don’t blame the dog.
