VIDEO: Dog dirt littered down Louth lane

A lane in Louth town centre has been littered with dog dirt.
There are several fresh piles of dog poo down the lane off Northgate, that runs alongside the Co-op car park.
Coun Margaret Ottaway, who is highlighting selfish dog owners who do not clean up after their pets, says it is one of several problem areas around town.
