VIDEO: Dog fouling stencil warning put on Louth path

Waiting for Video...

Dog Warden Sue Garland puts a ‘No dog fouling’ stencil on the path in Rosemary Lane, Louth.

Rosemary Lane is one of several areas in the town centre where dog owners persistently let their pets foul the path.

Shop owners and the public have said it is a disgrace.

Coun Margaret Ottaway is calling on East Lindsey District Council to do all it can to catch the culprit.

There are to be increased patrols and the public are urged to report any dog fouling to ELDC on 01507 601111.

If caught people face a £75 fine or if they do not pay a maximum of £1,000 if it goes to court.
