Video: ‘Happy little boy’ remembered by Louth community

Waiting for Video...

TRAGIC Charlie Dixon-Hunt has been fondly remembered by his family and friends at a coffee and cake afternoon in Louth.

The youngster died of a heart condition aged just two in August after being born six-and-a-half weeks premature in Leeds.

His parents, Christine Hunt and Jamie Dixon, along with Jesccia Hunt and Cheryl Fenton, organised the event on Friday at the Conoco Rooms above Louth Library.

An array of home made cakes as well as sandwiches were on offer for the public.

Christine described Charlie as a ‘happy little boy’.

The proceeds are to be split between Charlie’s memorial garden, Louth-based charity Rej’s Dream and Eckersley House in Leeds.

Watch the video to take a peak at the delicious treats on offer, and read the full story in the Leader on Wednesday.
