Video: Hedgehog fun at Authorpe
The population of over 100 hedgehogs at Authorpe Hedgehog Centre are now ready for winter thanks to a local tradesman.
John Hill of Homefix, based in Mablethorpe, has been helping the centre prepare for the cold snap by mending fixtures and fittings, replacing roof felt and cutting down trees and hedges.
John was happy to help, giving up two days of his time, unpaid to help the centre’s owner Elaine Drewery.
We went along to meet some of the hedgehogs. And you can see the Pickles twins enjoying the fresh air on a fine Thursday morning in our video.
