Sisters in love, a family at war, a city in peril - it all adds up to the dramatic plot of Lincolnshire author Margaret Dickinson’s latest book.
The popular author met fans at book signings in Louth on Wednesday.
Here she is pictured at Wrights in Little Eastgate.
Margaret’s new book The Clippie Girls tells the tale of sisters working on the Sheffield trams during World War II. It is published by Pan Macmillan for £6.99.
