Video: Parked car causes traffic tailback in Louth

A PARKED car caused traffic chaos in Louth this afternoon, blocking the town’s main road for almost an hour.
The car, parked in the Market Place, blocked the road leaving a bus and scores of cars unable to get through.
The car was parked on double yellow lines, using a blue disabled badge.
People watched as police came to the scene, but in the end the motorist returned to their car to cheers from the people watching, and the bus and cars could finally get through.
