Video: Village residents go 18 days without phone lines
Alongside other village residents, Peter Hill from Great Carlton has had to live without vital phone line for 18 days.
BT have now fixed the problem, but at the consequence of everyone losing their original phone numbers.
18 days without a phone for Peter was hell, as it’s a vital life line for him as mobile phone reception is very poor.
Watch Peter as he tries to make a phone call, but unfortunately fails due to the lines being down.
