Video: Who is the Louth dog fouling fiend?
Despite a campaign by the Leader and more coverage of the problem, dog fouling is still a major issue in Louth.
We discovered more evidence of dog mess along St Michael’s Road on Thursday afternoon.
This comes after the Leader backed Coun Margaret Ottaway’s war on dog fouling which saw her take East Lindsey District Council’s Dog Warden and Enforcement Officer around the hot spots in the town.
ELDC have promised to increase patrols and enforce fines on those responsible but this hasn’t put this selfish dog owner off.
We’re debating this issue over on our Facebook page where you can have your say.
