A TREADMILL challenge was held at Kenwick Health and Leisure Club to raise money for St Andrew’s Children’s Hospice.

Twenty members and 11 staff took part, each hitting the treadmill for half for an hour each in the space of over 15 hours.

They started at 6.30am and finished at 10pm, completing the equivalent of 175km.

Personal trainer Martyn Margarson organised the fundraiser with member Lisa Courtney of St Andrew’s Children’s Hospice.

So far the effort has raised £203 with more sponsorship money to come in.
