Pocklington’s Bakery will be supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation with a raffle - and the launch of a brand new product - to mark this year’s Craft Bakers’ Week (September 28 - October 4).

For Craft Bakers’ Week this year, the bakery will launch a new Toffee Fudge Slab Cake, and sell speciality breads throughout the week in addition to special offers on popular products.

A raffle will be held at the shop, in Louth Market Place, with all proceeds going to Make-A-Wish Foundation UK, and collection buckets will be available to allow anybody to donate loose change.

Raffle tickets cost 50p each and will be available from September 28.

Craft Bakers’ Week is organised on behalf of the hundreds of craft bakers across the UK who form a key part of the British high street and their local communities.
