Patients and visitors using Lincolnshire’s hospitals, including Louth County Hospital, are being encouraged to give their feedback on services using an independent feedback website.
Patient Opinion is a web-based independent service (www.patientopinion.org), which enables patients, their carers or relatives and visitors to our hospitals to tell their story through the internet either directly or through calling or writing to Patient Opinion.
Patient Opinion then publish that story and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are able to read and respond to what has been told - importantly other patients can also see what has been said.
Deputy Director of Patient Services at ULHT, Jennie Negus, said: “We are committed to understanding patient, carers and families experiences of care within our services: we value this feedback be it good or not so good as it helps us to build on what is working well and to improve and develop services where we could have done better.”
To find out about other ways to provide feedback please see the ULHT website at www.ulh.nhs.uk or contact the patient experience team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
