Louth’s Eastgate toilets could get a makeover

THE public toilets in Eastgate, Louth, could be refurbished.

An East Lindsey District Council report says the loos have ‘no ventilation system and suffers ongoing problems with significant condensation levels.

“This creates an increased risk of slips and also leaves the facility looking damp, unkempt and in poor condition.

“It is a high use facility but frequently suffers from power failures.”

The council is waiting for quotes for the work.

ELDC will discuss the toilets at a meeting on Tuesday January 17.
