A mass haul of volunteers from Louth Youth Centre’s 13+ Project alongside 19 local businesses came together to lend a hand recently as Louth Youth Centre underwent a 48-hour makeover.

Brenda Maltby, Youth and Community Development Worker, 13+ Project was overwhelmed by the amount of support.

She said: “The centre looks amazing and was voted a hit when 54 young people attended on the Tuesday after the makeover. It was such a privilege to work with so many helpful, supportive people. The centre offers a safe, welcoming place for over 100 young people each week.

“Many, many thanks to everyone who was involved.”
