Alternative rock band Luxury Stranger are set to perform a free gig upstairs at the King’s Head pub in Mercer Row, from 8pm on Friday May 15.
The band, from Nottingham, are highly respected in their field and have supported the likes of Midge Ure, Gary Numan, and The Chameleons.
The three-piece band will perform a cross-genre set, influenced by cold wave, post-punk, and dark indie-alternative.
Luxury Stranger will headline the gig, with support coming from The Barbs, a Louth based band performing cross-genre rock songs, both originals and covers.
