A Mablethorpe woman has pleaded not guilty to driving while five times over the drink-drive limit earlier this year.

Julie Anne Clifford, 50, of George Street, allegedly had 400 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood while driving in George Street on March 17.

The legal limit is 80 microgrammes of alcohol.

Clifford appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on May 24, where she pleaded not guilty.

Her case was adjourned until July 11, at the same court. She was granted unconditional bail until the trial date.
