A 28-year-old Louth man appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court earlier this week (Tuesday January 27) charged with causing serious injury to four people by dangerous driving when his car crashed into a house in
Edward Street, Louth, in June last year.

Kyle Rance, of St Michael’s Road, entered no pleas to the allegations that he caused serious injury by dangerous driving to Daniel Taylor, Hannah Chamberlaine, Sarah Lyons, who were passengers in the red Seat Leon, and Angela Goulsbra who was the householder on the
evening of June 27, 2014.

The magistrates declined jurisdiction and sent Rance to Lincoln Crown
Court for the trial.

Rance will attend the court for a preliminary hearing on February 10,
and has been granted unconditional bail.
