A 24-hour petrol station with Spar convenience store will hold its grand opening in Louth this Saturday, November 1.
The purpose-built site, situated in Bolingbroke Road on the Fairfield Industrial Estate, will open for trading at 10am.
The Spar and forecourt, which is owned by family-run convenience store operator Blakemore Retail, will be laying on a range of free food giveaways throughout the day as well as free entry into a prize draw for all customers.
In addition to a wide convenience range, the Spar store will feature a Subway, Greggs, self-serve Costa and table seating area, providing motorists and local residents with a one-stop fuel, convenience, restaurant and takeaway solution.
Blakemore retail managing director Geoff Hallam said: “We’re really looking forward to bringing our latest Spar convenience offer and improved fuel facilities to the town of Louth.
“Blakemore Retail is pleased to announce that this new development has created 35 full and part-time jobs for the local community.
“As well as a SPAR convenience range and fast food offer from Subway and Greggs, the store will provide a wide range of services including a free-to-use cash machine, PayPoint, National Lottery and public toilets.”
The Shell petrol station will feature two HGV fast-fill pumps, eight standard fuel pumps, a jet wash and three electric car charging points. Approximately 30 parking spaces will also be available for visitors to the site.
