A new restaurant manager has been appointed at The Brackenborough Hotel in Louth and owners are confident his youth will be an advantage to their business.

Jamie Loring, 24, recently started at the hotel having been third in command at the Kingsway in Cleethorpes.

He has very quickly proven himself popular with the local clientele, and has seamlessly fit in with the existing team, bringing a wealth of experience already.

“We couldn’t be more pleased with how well Jamie has already integrated with our close-knit Brackenborough family” said Ashley Lidgard, owner of the hotel.

“From day one we have been constantly impressed with his diligence, quick thinking and hard working ethos.

“After receiving nothing but excellent feedback from our customers, both verbally and on Trip Advisor, we feel justified that we took the risk of giving the restaurant manager’s role to a newcomer in the Oak Ridge hotel group.

“Jamie’s youth and vitality is already injecting new energy into the bistro, and everyone is benefitting.

“We really believe he is an ideal candidate to lead the team.”
