Nostalgia: Pre-school gets a taste of China

Nostalgia.
Nostalgia.

The Limes Play and Learn in Louth got a little taste of China as children celebrated Chinese New Year in 1998.

These tots got into the spirit of the celebrations by making a colourful dragon.

They were also kept busy making Chinese hats, fans and flags – and even got a taste for Chinese food.

Alan Cheung, from the Tai Pan restaurant in the town, donated chopsticks, bowls and Chinese New Year calendars.

Parents also helped to create costumes for the children to wear.
