Residents are invited to a celebration at St James’ Church, Louth, on Sunday June 12 to mark the Queen’s official
birthday.

You can take a picnic to eat on the grass outside the church, and the Coffee Shop will be open (12 noon - 3pm) for those who wish to purchase drinks or snacks.

People are invited to join the event either after the morning’s Service of Thanksgiving, which starts at 10.30am, or from 12 noon.

In the event of cold or wet weather, people are welcome to eat their picnics in the Nave of St James’.

The event is part of the national celebrations to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday this year.
