Police appeal after burglary at Louth cemetery

Police are appealing for information about the burglary of a workshop in Louth’s London Road Cemetery.

The burglary was discovered on New Year’s Eve, and may have occurred any time in the preceding four days.

The offender cropped the padlock on the door of the building and stole a petrol Husquvana Strimmer worth £390.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact PC Robert Hauxwell by dialling 101 and quoting incident number 90 of December 31.
