ELECTION: Labour double for Mablethorpe but UKIP candidate polls most votes #GE2015

Labour has two candidates elected to the Mablethorpe East Lindsey District Council seat alongside one from UKIP.

The town’s new councillors are Terence Brown (UKIP) who won with 1,313 votes, followed by Labour’s Graham Cullen with 1,234 and Tony Howard with 1,158.

There were no seats for the Tories and UKIP’s Anne Reynold just missed out, polling 1,017 votes.

Turnout was 60.51%.
