Rural burglaries occur in Utterby and Ludford on the same day

Police are appealing for information about two recent rural burglaries that happened in Utterby and Ludford.

One burglary took place at a property in Church Lane, Utterby between 11.30am and 6pm on Tuesday July, 2.

The offenders gained entry by forcing a panel on a pvc door at the rear of the house and then made an untidy search inside.

A Samsung 55” LED television was stolen, along with jewellery and cash.

Then a sneak-in burglary occurred doing the daytime on Tuesday as well at a property on the Magna Mile in Ludford.

The occupier was in the garden when the offender is believed to have entered via an unlocked door and stole a wallet from the hallway.

Anyone with information about either burglary should contact DC Nick Jones at Lincolnshire Police by dialling 101 and quoting the incident numbers 381 for the Utterby burglary and 283 for Ludford.
