Santa’s grotto helps the hospice

THE Joseph Morton pub in Kidgate raised £600 for the St Andrew’s Children’s Hospice in Grimsby with a Santa’s Grotto.

Children visited the grotto, in the pub beer garden, and each received a gift from Father Christmas, with proceeds going to the hospice. Hospice mascot Hosmice popped in to see the children.

The event also raised £400 for children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.
