Sarah Harneiss has gone back to her roots and has raised over £900 in the process.
Having dyed her hair many times, she wanted to go back to roots and what better way than to start from scratch.
Sarah to decided if she was going to do this, she might as well raise some vital funds for a worthy cause at the same time and has raised over £900 fro Macmillan Cancer Support, thanks to the support of her family and friends.
Sarah explained: “This is a very worthwhile cause as I’m sure, like me, you know family, friends or work colleagues that either have, survived or sadly died of cancer.
“Macmillan provides the support and care not only for them but also their families and relies on these donations to continue to do a great job.
“I’m really pleased I did it for them.”
She added: “Thank you to Jack at Re-Invention in Louth for their donations and shaving my hair off for free and Andy Partridge from Louth Taxi’s for my event tee shirt.”
The event took place on September 12, at Re-Invention.
