Sea bank grassland damaged in blaze at Tetney Lock

Around 300 metres by 30 metres of grassland has been damaged by a blaze at Tetney Lock this morning (Monday).

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue crews from Louth and North Somercotes were called to the scene shortly after 7am.

They confirmed that the sea bank grassland had been badly damaged and that the fire was caused by a spark from a firework.
