Seasonal music in Louth with The Phoenix Singers

What's On in Louth.

The Phoenix Singers will be flying into Louth for their Christmas Concert next Week.

Their Christmas cantata performances have become a well-liked part of their
seasonal shows, and this year the singers have a new piece to perform.

Again penned by American songwriter John W Peterson, Christ is Born uses songs and narration to tell the traditional Christmas story.

And the second half of the choir’s programme will feature a number of seasonal songs to enjoy - and maybe even join in with.

As always, the singers are supporting local charities and this year they have chosen to raise money to help children and young people living with diabetes.

The concert will take place at Holy Trinity Church in Louth’s Eastgate next Wednesday, December 10, starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 each, which includes refreshments, and are available from choir members or by calling 01472 398501 or 01507 607513.
