EAST Lindsey District Council has hosted its second drop in session at Louth Town Hall for community groups that are interested in taking on the building.
The Council has now received two formal expressions of interest.
Although community groups still have until September 30 to submit their initial expression of interest to the District Council if they have a proposal to the give the hall a long term sustainable future.
Information about Louth Town Hall, included details of its history, room sizes and timescales for any handover, are available at www.e-lindsey.gov.uk/louthtownhall.
Information packs are also available from the District Council’s Customer Service Centre in Louth Town Hall.
If no groups come forward, the Hall is likely to be sold on the open market.
