ALVINGHAM Village hall was the venue for this year’s annual chine supper.
A memorable evening was had by all with proceeds going to help with the upkeep and progression of the village hall.
Chine is a speciality meat dish of Lincolnshire, a dish often made to keep over the winter which is still served by many local butchers.
It was the sixth chine supper held at the hall in what has become a top event on the calendar in Alvingham.
A separate raffle raised £250 for the Royal British Legion.
