Tea party at Goulceby

Have your say

The annual fundraising afternoon Tea Party held at Thorngate, Goulceby, recently, by invitation of Paddy and Sarah Hamp was very successful with the added pleasure of entertainment by the Kitchen Choir.

The happy social event was blessed with good weather too and on a lovely summery Sunday guests were able to sit in the garden and enjoy the wonderful cakes and cups of tea while listening to the delightful music provided by the local community choir led by Janey Glover.

A short Celtic service followed in the adjacent All Saints Parish Church led by the Revd Pam Costin when choir sang their own version of What a Wonderful World helping everyone to appreciate the idyllic rural surroundings in which they were enjoying meeting together.
