Biker killed in crash near Louth

A biker has been killed in a crash on the A16 in Utterby.

The crash, involving a motorcycle and silver VW Touran, happened about about 10.45pm yesterday evening (Saturday, November 21).

The male biker was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Touran, a 54-year-old local woman, was taken to Grimsby Hospital suffering shock.

Police are still trying to trace relatives of the motorcyclist.

Police are appealing for information from anyone who was in the area around 10.45pm yesterday and saw either the motorcycle or the VW Touran prior to the collision or saw the collision itself.
