Two men charged in connection with burglary at WH Smith in Louth

TWO men have been charged in connection with Thursday’s burglary at WH Smith in Louth.

Liam Neil Wallis, from Nuncargate Road in Kirkby In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, has been charged with burglary and assault and has been remanded to appear before Boston Magistrates this morning (Friday).

Wallis was arrested in Wragby on Thursday afternoon following a large-scale police operation.

And Troy Deakin, 22, of Hemlock Gardens in Nottingham, has been charged with burglary and bailed to appear before Skegness Magistrates on September 4.

Police were alerted to an alleged burglary at the Market Place store shortly after 2am on Thursday morning.
