VIDEO: Cyclists set off from Louth to begin their 600 mile charity bike ride

WATCH today’s video where you can see a group of local cyclists set off on their journey to complete a 600-mile cycle ride to France.

Setting off at lunch time in the Market Place in Louth, cyclists Ewan Finlay, Dave Cox, Owen Koslow and Pete Goy took to their bikes to begin their charity cycle ride.

The five of them are aiming to complete this 600-mile ride in just five days where they will reach Louth’s twin town of La Ferte-Bernard in France on Friday.

The team are raising money for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

Louth Cycle Centre were also kind enough to sponsor the group’s t-shirts and aided the team with training and equipment.

Several family members and friends turned up in the Market Place today to wave them off.
