The first ever international cricket match to be held in Louth, and indeed Lincolnshire, has been hailed as a fantastic success.

Over 2,000 fans packed into London Road on Monday to watch England Women V Pakistan Women.

The day began in spectacular fashion when the match ball was parachuted down onto the pitch from 6,000 feet by the RAF Falcons display team
