LOUTH’s Graham Fellows, famous as alter ego John Shuttleworth, has voiced fears over a large supermarket on the Newmarket Cattle Market site.
He joined Keep Louth Special at the site to express how damaging such a store would be for shops.
The group fear that a supermarket could be built on the site, which is also used as a free car park, sometime in the future.
East Lindsey District Council, which owns the land, say they currently have no plans to sell it.
