A LOCAL community project to introduce village entrance signs in Trusthorpe has now been completed.

The scheme was driven by the Trusthorpe Project Management Group (TPMG) and invited locals to have a hand in designing the signs. The winner was by Trusthorpe resident Lynn Jaunzens.

Funding was sourced from the East Lindsey District Council, Mablethorpe and Sutton Town Council, Lincolnshire County Council and the Co-operative Fund.

Colin Greenaway, TPMG Chairman, said: “The erection of the Trusthorpe village signs marks a further significant step towards the residents’ aim of improving the status and identity of the village of Trusthorpe.”
