Letter: Poor service of energy giant Npower

I am at my wits end, Npower have not been able to produce a bill since last August.

I am one of thousands of customers who cannot get a bill, we cannot stop our

direct debits, they owe

me several hundred

pounds and have done

nothing, they have us over a barrel.

Look at the hundreds of complaints online, can you use your paper to lend some muscle to the plight of the poor consumer.

I am a pensioner and this is so worrying and upsetting. Publicity is the only way

to make these bullies see sense.
