LETTER: Thank you to woman who helped dad after fall in Louth

Recently my father who is 89 had a fall and broke his arm and hip, whilst walking along Eastgate.

He was following his wife on her scooter, when he tripped over ‘his feet’ as he puts it.

A lady who was passing with her family stopped to help.

She took charge of the situation and not only called the ambulance but enrolled the staff of Harvey’s to help.

Dad does not know her name but would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her kindness and the fact that she stayed until the ambulance arrived.

He also appreciates the help that Harvey’s gave.
