The U13s of Grimoldby Cricket Club travelled to Friskney to take on Boston Cricket Club in the East Lindsey Cricket League Play Off Final.
Grimoldby won the toss and elected to field. Jake Sanders, Tom Corden, Jordan Wilkinson and Connor Bradbury all took wickets, but it was Tom Sanders who was the pick of the bowlers, taking four wickets for just 10 runs in three overs.

Boston were all out for 73.

Grimoldby got off to a flying start in their reply with Jake Sanders and Alex Howman putting on 55 before Jake's retirement (25 not out). But it was Connor Bradbury who steered his side home with six overs to spare.

This was a fitting end to Grimoldby's marvellous season.

The final day of Grimoldby Cricket Club's Junior season took place in glorious autumn sunshine. Priory Lane was the setting for the U11s Single Wicket competition and presentations.

The single wicket competition was won by Eddie Winney in a tense and exciting final.

MJ Watts once again sponsored the trophies.

This year's trophies were: Batting Eddie Winney (123 runs), Bowling Tom Sanders (15 wickets), Catching Sam Wilson (3 catches, Best All Rounder Clare Higgins, Most Improved Player Danny Parkes, Manager's Player Matthew Mansey, Players' Player Robert Lynam.
