A MARK Fairburn brace helped Louth Town Reserves to a valuable three points at high-riding Hykeham Town.
Fairburn's two goals and one from Terry Ramsden saw the White Wolves home against a side threatening to dislodge them from their fifth place in the league table.

Louth's Jordan Walden scored an own goal and Rob Newman was also on target for the home side.

On Saturday Louth have another difficult fixture, when they welcome Sleaford Town Reserves to Park Avenue, kick-off 3pm.

* Louth United's Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League fixture at Lincoln United Reserves last weekend was postponed due to a frozen pitch.

This Saturday United are due to return to Lincoln to take on league leaders Ruston Sports, kick-off 2pm.
