GRIMOLDBY Cricket Club were in action at the weekend.
On Friday the U11s played at Horncastle and secured a comfortable 55 run victory with Tom Sanders top scoring on 20 not out.

On Saturday it was the U13s turn to travel to Horncastle for the first round of the County Cup.

This was a thrilling encounter with the home team hitting the winning run from the final ball despite some excellent economical bowling from Eddie Winney.

Jake Sanders was Grimoldby's top scorer with 31 not out.

The first men's game of the season at Priory Lane was on Sunday. Grimoldby 1st XI set Woodhall Spa a target of 191.

Dean Jacklin top scored with 77.
