LOUTH based TK Racing had a great result at Cadwell Park at the weekend.

TK’s Ryan Tyres, 16, from Southampton, stretched his lead at the top of the CB500 New Era Superclub championship to 31 points.

On Saturday he finished second in his first race and then crashed out of his second.

And on Sunday he won his first race and came second in the second.

The championship will be decided at the last meeting at Mallory Park in October.

Ryan’s team mate, Jim Lovell, 15, from Hampshire, took eight places on Saturday and a tenth and an eight place on Sunday.

Both riders will race again at Cadwell in the Clubman Championship on October 6 and 7.
