Louth Leader Premier

Due to Old Boys’ withdrawal from the league, Mark Donner AFC played their points match and benefitted from a 5-0 win to see them clock up their seventh straight victory as they sit top.

Louth Legends kept pace in second place and are only two points behind as they beat Team P&B 6-0.

Marshall BMW also grabbed a welcome 5-0 points win whilst LA Crusaders were edged in a tight contest by a single goal as Petr Cech Yourself won 1-0.

Louth All Stars stopped their losing streak by drawing 1-1 with Game of Throw Ins, despite a flurry of chances to win the game.

Job Centre XI shared a six-goal thriller with Susie’s Stars as their 3-3 draw was enough to keep them two points clear of at the top.

Louth OG’z beat Golden Oldies 2-0 in a much tighter game than expected as they now move up a further place on goal difference to second as they look to seriously challenge the leaders.

Only a point behind them are Real SoSoBad, who edged out Tekkerslovakia 2-1 on paper but saw a masterclass in goalkeeping from Kieron Jaines as he kept his team in the game until the final whistle.

Elsewhere, #DS9 pulled closer to Sub Standard in their game as they beat them 2-1 after a close fought battle.

Dragon Men finally found some form and comprehensively beat Stroke T 4-0.

The SA shooters took on Johnsonbenoncn in a back-and-forth encounter.

Matty Wells and Gavin Hopkin netted for the Shooters but Ryan Worrell (two) and Oliver Monk won it for Johnson.

Gerry Hat Trick lost 14-1 to Mabo Reserves, where Jamie Parnell was absolutely outstanding from start to finish, scoring a superb nine goals and collecting the man of the match award for this amazing effort.

Mabo Reserves also defeated Norfolk and Chance 7-4 in a points match.

Lallanas in pyjamas went down 5-2 against Susie’s Stars while Kolo Puree beat Candy Flosser 4-1.
