Several issues were resolved in the penultimate round of the Louth Six-a-Side League last week.

But the Championship title race heads into the final week of the season with any one of three teams in with a chance of winning.

The Premier Division saw Half Past 12 finally confirmed as champions, albeit via a walkover against Louth Town who have now left the league.

Half past 12 instead played out an entertaining 2-2 friendly with Mark Donner AFC. MMUK and Fulstow drew 1-1, while Louth Legends ensured their safety in the Premier with a comprehensive 4-0 win over relegated Dragon Men.

Louth All Stars were also consigned to the drop after a narrow 2-1 defeat to Bend it like Bendtner.

In the Championship, Mark Donner AFC thrashed Real SoSoBad 9-0 to ensure goal difference will not come into play on the final game of the season.

A single goal win for Is Your Motherwell over Tetney Tigers, and a 2-0 victory for #DS9 over Subs keep them both one point off the top.

Ambulance All Stars beat Job Centre XI 2-0 to give them a chance of avoiding the wooden spoon and put paid to Job Centre XI’s late promotion charge.
