For the second week running, the Musketeers faced tough top three opposition in the Mablethorpe Five-a-Side League and were dominated by Purple Duck Cobras.

Despite a spirited effort from the Musketeers, the Ducks ran out 24-0 winners, including many long-range goals from the man-of-the-match Olly Hanstock.

Norfolk Chance were also goal hungry as they trashed Pure banter 17-4, a victory which included a long-range wonder volley from Jake Marriott.

Banter pulled a few back after the break, including a first goal for Nathan Winn, but man-of-the-match Danny Marshall replied with a hatful of goals.

Mabo Reserves kept the pressure on at the top with a 9-2 win over Louth outfit Candy Flossers, Nick Helsdown the man-of-the-match, while SA Shooters shaded an outstanding clash at the bottom end of the table, 3-2, against Gerry Hat-trick for whom keeper Jason Carpenter was man-of-the-match.

Johnsonbenoncn maintained their unbeaten record with an 8-2 win against Inter.
