It's a British title for powerlifter Sarah
Powerlifter Sarah Stanhope has scooped a national title.
Competing at the British Powerlifting Championships, held at Moulton in Northamptonshire, Sarah lifted in the 63kg senior class.
The Wrangle competitor (pictured) outclassed the field with a 165kg squat, 85kg bench and a 145kg deadlift.
This earned her a 395kg total for first place.
