Ripped Bodz Fitness and local sports supplements providers Gymreactive have teamed up together to create Louth’s first ‘super gym’, celebrating an open day recently.

The centre’s aim is to create a gym that provides nutritional advice, training programs and a place to get in shape.

The trainers combine the Keysi Fighting Method, Mixed Martial Arts and advanced weight and circuit training.

It is situated at unit seven on Station Estate, Newbridge Hill, and is an adults-only gym open Monday to Saturday from 10am until late.

Personal training is available for both self defence and general fitness.
